2026 Mazda CX 5 review | The new Mazda CX-5 is improved, but it’s not perfect
First launched in 2012, the Mazda CX5 has gone on to become one of the company’s best-selling models, with more than 4.5 million units finding homes. The SUV is now in its third generation.
The Mazda CX5 sits in one of the most competitive SUV segments, where it goes up against a host of other well-known models, including the Hyundai Tucson, Kia Sportage and Nissan Qashqai, as well as newcomers such as the Cupra Terramar and MG HS.
In this video we run through what’s changed with the new Mazda CX5, show the interior and then take it out on the road to see how it drives.
