Toyota Noah, Voxy (R90W, 2022) rear wiper
日本では2022年1月に発売された4世代目のノア、ヴォクシーです。
フロントのワイパーは、ノア、セレナ、ステップWGNで似通っていますが、後ろのワイパーは各車個性的です。
ノアは先代のR80W型から、ガラス上辺に置いて、上から拭き下ろす方式になりました。商用車に多く採用される方式です。
先代のR80W型ではテールゲートに剥き出しで置かれていましたが、こちら新しいのR90W型では、テールゲートスポイラーの裏側に隠されました。洗車はしにくくなりましたが、見た目のスッキリ感は増しました。
This is the 4th generation Toyota Noah or Voxy, which released in January 2022 in Japan.
The front wipers are similar for Noah, Serena, Step WGN. But the rear wiper are unique to each car.
Noah has changed from the previous model (R80W) to a method of laying out a rear wiper on the upper side of the rear windshield glass, and wiping it down from upper side. This is often used in commercial vehicles.
In the previous model (R80W) the rear wiper was exposed on the tailgate, but in this current model (R90W) it was hidden behind the tailgate spoiler. It is harder to car wash, but it looks cleaner.
