The next-gen Subaru Forester Hybrid is reported to premiere in 2024, and unlike the current model, there’s a strong possibility of the electrified variant sailing to the U.S. If it launches stateside, it would compete with the likes of the Toyota RAV4 Hybrid, Hyundai Tucson Hybrid, and Kia Sportage Hybrid.
The Subaru Forester Hybrid hasn’t been very popular globally, but in the next generation, it is said to share core technology with a globally acclaimed compact SUV from Toyota, which could change its fate. Substantial performance and fuel economy improvements are expected with that change.
