Toyota GR Corolla Hatch Is Coming!
The GR Corolla hot hatch has been all but confirmed by Toyota as coming to North America. While Toyota confirmed that the GR Yaris won’t be rock race tracks in the USA, they have left us with almost impossible to miss clues that we will, in fact, get a GR Corolla on our shores in the near future, likely as a 2022 model.
Toyota has confirmed that a GR hot hatchback will be gracing the canyons in the US. We can look globally to see what TNGA-based hatchbacks Toyota has in their lineup and there.
The GR Yaris has a 1.6L 3 cylinder turbo engine making approximately 268hp powering a GR-FOUR All Wheel Drive system delivered via a 6 speed manual transmission.
