Last week, we took a tour of the plug-in hybrid Lexus NX 450h+ which will come to Australia early next year at the top of the 2022 Lexus NX range. Today, Tom takes a look at the standard 2.5-litre hybrid NX 350h, seen here in Sports Luxury form – sitting a rung beneath the PHEV in the NX lineup.
The NX 350h hybrid uses a 2.5-litre petrol engine and two (FWD) or three (AWD) electric motors to generate 179kW of power (240 horsepower).
The Lexus NX is a rival to the Audi Q5, BMW X3, Mercedes-Benz GLC, Land Rover Discovery Sport and Volvo XC60.
